Basic Info. for Lenders

It's easy to post an item for rent on ItsRentable.com.  Here's the steps:

1. Create an account: https://itsrentable.com/en/signup .
2. Click on the blue [+ Post a new listing] button in the top-right corner: https://itsrentable.com/en/listings/new 
3. Fill out the form, choosing your listing price.  Make sure to add a photo or two.
4. Click [Post Listing].

In order to receive payment, you'll need to fill out your payment settings.  Find that under your user photo >> settings >> payments .

A few tips for a successful listing:

• Post a nice photo (or multiple).  Even a photo of the item new works well.
• Put keywords in your listing, using words that people may be searching for
• Add a photo to your profile, so people know you are real

A few tips for a successful rental:

• Take a picture of your item before and after renting (this is documentation for any damage claim).  More info on damage coverage
• Document the renters name, address and cell phone #.  The easiest way to do this is to have the renter take a picture of their drivers license and text it to you.  If they refuse to do this, you might not want to rent to them.
